Job summary

CBRE is seeking a proactive Mobile Technician to support client locations in Corner Brook, NL. This hands-on role keeps facilities safe and functional by maintaining and repairing building systems across multiple sites.

You’ll diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, assist with installations, and ensure energy efficiency. Strong communication and basic math skills, plus a valid driver's license, are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience; combination of experience and education considered.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads (50 lbs+).
• Adequate communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills for simple calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing general maintenance on facility infrastructures.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials; manage and track completion.
• Support energy management to optimize system efficiency.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
