Nventive is seeking a Mobile Developer for the Proptech project to join our Montreal campus. You will contribute to building a cross-platform mobile application using Xamarin/C# and XAML, aligning with standards and ensuring App Store/Play Store readiness.

You will stay updated with OS changes, maintain code quality, and collaborate with a diverse team to deliver high-quality mobile solutions for tenants and building owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in software or computer engineering or relevant training.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mobile development.
• Experience with Xamarin, .NET (C#) / XAML, native mobile dev or cross-platform frameworks.
• Ability to learn new technologies and produce high-quality mobile apps.
• Fluent in French/English with strong collaboration skills.

WHAT WE’R LOOKING FOR

nventive is looking for a Mobile Developer (Proptech project) to join our Montreal campus.

A specialized branch of nventive (project Proptech) is a digital experience provider for tenants and building owners that leverages technology to create a seamless experience in real estate. It allows residents, visitors or employees to interact with physical interfaces and access a multitude of services that change the experience of living in a smart building. The team works in a startup spirit with talents from nventive and international companies.

As a Mobile Developer, you will use your technical expertise to help develop innovative ways to connect and integrate systems into a smart, intuitive and efficient solution for users and owners.

It is therefore necessary to be motivated, versatile, rigorous, autonomous and passionate. In addition, you must have a natural tendency to like to explore new avenues, anticipate trends and develop quality products of which you can be proud.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to the development of the mobile application of the special project (Proptech) in C# and XAML (Xamarin).
• Develop cross-platform interfaces according to defined standards .
• Ensure that the application meets the requirements of the Google Play Store and/or the Apple App Store.
• Ensure code quality standards are met and keep project dependencies up to date.
• Stay up to date on the latest features and changes with each new OS release.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in mobile development (Xamarin, .NET (C#) / XAML), Native (Kotlin, Swift), React-Native or Flutter or Windows application development (XAML, WPF, UWP , WinUI ).
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in software or computer engineering or any other relevant training.
• Desire to learn something new every day and produce mobile applications of highest quality.
• Passionate about mobile development.
• Curiosity to keep abreast of new trends / frameworks / techniques while remaining pragmatic about them .
• Have a thorough understanding of fundamental design concepts (design patterns), object-oriented development and an interest ii reactive programming.
• Attention to detail and good observation skills.
• Effective and efficient in your work methods.
• Autonomous and proactive.
• Bilingual (French/English ).
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure good collaboration with the team.
