Job summary

Homestead Land Holdings Limited seeks a Mobile Cleaner in Kitchener, ON to maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of spaces such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenity areas, while ensuring garbage and recycling rooms are well maintained.

You will contribute to a welcoming environment for residents and visitors, perform routine cleaning, winter snow removal, and other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg (e.g., trash bags, cleaning equipment).
• Reliability, attention to detail, and safe work practices are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, Fitness rooms.
• Tenant units upon vacancy (bathrooms, kitchens - ovens & fridges).
• Winter snow removal.
• Other duties as required
