Job summary

Homestead is seeking a Mobile Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, safety and the appearance of our spaces across Tri-Cities, ON. You will clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces, and manage waste rooms while following established routines.

This full-time role offers benefits including RRSP, health, dental and life insurance, annual bonuses, company events, and development opportunities. Must have cleaning experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Prior professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 20 kg.
• Reliable with attention to detail and safe work practices.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, Fitness rooms.
• Tenant units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens (ovens & fridges)).
• Winter snow removal.
• Other duties as required.

Position: Mobile Cleaner
Location: Tri- Cities, ON
Type: Existing vacancy
Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation Range (includes salary & shift premium): $38,500 - $43,500

Overview

As a Mobile Cleaner at Homestead, you will help us to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our spaces. This includes regularly cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces. You will ensure garbage and recycling rooms are well maintained. Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors while following established cleaning routines.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, Fitness rooms
• Tenant units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens (ovens & fridges)
• Winter snow removal
• Other duties as required
