Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials; track completion.
• Support energy management to keep systems operating efficiently.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and safety.
• Communicate clearly with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Follow defined procedures with limited discretion under supervision.
• Deliver output by following processes under guidance.
• Understand duties and methods as described in procedures.
