Formación

• High school diploma; 1–2 years related experience; combination of education and experience considered.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks; stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client service and rapport-building.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose potential problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
