Job summary

CIBC is seeking a client-focused professional to join the Personal and Business Banking team at a Costco warehouse kiosk in Winnipeg. You will proactively engage Costco members, understand their financial needs, and offer relevant banking products within the defined product mix.

The role requires on-site, full-time work with weekend shifts and potential holidays. You will refer non-deposit conversations to banking centre colleagues and promote digital banking tools to enhance the client

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced sales and service environment.
• Ability to proactively engage customers and understand their financial needs.
• Comfort with working in a self-managed, on-site kiosk environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience at a Costco kiosk to support CIBC’s client relationships.
• Sell Chequing and Savings accounts and provide high-level information on other products within the Costco mix.
• Refer clients for non-deposit advice and servicing conversations to the Banking Centre.
• Promote digital banking options and assist clients with Mobile/Online banking.
