Qualifications

• Must have: Expertise in LLM engineering and agentic systems; show ownership of LLM projects.
• Strong ability to rapidly prototype tools and ideas; turn prototypes into production-ready services.
• Hands-on statistics and ML experience; proficient with Python stack (Pandas, Numpy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch) and development tools.
• Analytical mindset and business acumen; assess data impact on product outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related engineering field.
