SERVPRO of Woodcrest/El Cerrito/Lake Mathews is seeking a driven and experienced Restoration Operations Manager to lead our Water Division.

You will oversee daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery—living out our mission to make property damage “Like it never even happened®!” This role requires 2+ years of management experience in restoration, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of management experience in restoration or related field.
• Experience leading teams to deliver quality service and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with computer applications and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate the Restoration Division to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Maintain consistent communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a strong, high-performing workforce.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements in partnership with leadership.
• Oversee maintenance of facilities, vehicles, equipment, and inventory.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, productivity, and organizational capacity.
• Continuously develop leadership, management, and restoration expertise.

Position Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• 2+ years of management experience
• At least one year of restoration industry experience preferred
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
• Strong process and results driven attitude
• Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
• Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
