The ideal candidate will have a background in Architectural Technology or Construction Management, with at least 2 years of experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, preferably in cladding, façade systems, or building envelope projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review project documents, including drawings and specifications, to assess scope and requirements.
• Perform quantity take-offs and material estimates using architectural drawings.
• Prepare cost estimates for cladding projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Submit bids and track project proposals to ensure timely submissions.
