Job summary

Great Canadian Roofing & Siding is seeking a Construction Estimator to support the preparation of project estimates by reviewing drawings, gathering quantities, and assisting with cost calculations for materials, labour, and equipment.

You will work with management and the sales team to develop proposals, verify scope details, and ensure estimates align with project requirements and company standards, contributing to accurate bidding and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
• Experience in construction, roofing, insulation, or related trade is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing drawings and gathering quantities for estimates.
• Help analyze tenders and ensure estimates meet project requirements.
• Support proposal development and present clear estimates to management.
