Job summary

PepsiCo Canada Beverages in Mississauga invites a newly graduated EHS professional to join the Move and Sell operations. You will support the Global Environmental, Health and Safety Management System, work with distribution centers, transport, delivery and sales teams across Ontario.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety, Environmental, Engineering, Science, or Business expected by 2025 or graduating by September 2026.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence across teams.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Analytical skills with problem-solving mindset.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision and initiative.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the GEHSMS implementation for EHS Move/Sell across sites.
• Use data and field insights to drive decisions and improve EHS results.
• Lead change with clear communication and follow-through.
• Provide guidance to business partners on EHS priorities, risks, and costs.
• Collect, analyze, and report incident trends to identify opportunities.
