Job summary

Stantec is seeking an MCF Engineer to perform technical duties under supervision, contributing to data center projects with cutting-edge designs. The role supports the Project Engineer and collaborates with designers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The position welcomes candidates from multiple locations with a Stantec office presence. Ideal candidates have an engineering degree, 3+ years of experience, and familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• Accredited engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years related industry experience preferred.
• Registered professional engineer (PE), FE/EIT or other cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops basic system designs within own discipline under supervision.
• Delegates tasks to project designers as appropriate.
• Collaborates with project team to prepare deliverables per client scope.
• Coordinates with all disciplines to integrate work and client requests.
• Follows quality management process; reviews deliverables before QA/AC review.
• Assists with reviews of shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and site reports.
