Job summary

Evolution Mining is seeking a Supply Chain Technician in Red Lake, Ontario to support operational continuity by maintaining inventory integrity, receiving deliveries and distributing materials across the operation. You will need 2–3 years in a warehouse, ERP proficiency, strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and solid organization with multitasking ability.

The role is local residential with a 5 on 2 off roster (training) and 7 on/7 off long term, with a

Qualifications

• Two to three years' experience in a warehouse environment.
• Good working knowledge of a computerized ERP system.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective organization and time management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work in a multi-tasked environment.
• Competent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving functions per standard procedures including accurate inventory and direct charge goods.
• Put away received materials or prepare materials for delivery.
• Document, correct and report shortages, overages, or damaged shipments.
• Perform picking functions including reviewing and coordinating sales orders and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide customer service to walk-ins, telephone and email requests for materials.
• Offload trucks and operate forklift/stacker safely.
• Prepare orders for shipment and restock vending machines.
• Maintain housekeeping in warehouse areas and assist with inventory.
