Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalency.
• Interprovincial Red Seal Parts Technician (Warehouseperson) certification, an asset.
• 2-3 years of warehousing/inventory management experience; mining/industrial setting preferred.
• Must have valid Canadian Driver’s License; manual transmission experience preferred.
• Valid forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery with on-site training.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Pronto, SAP, Sage) and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Strong communications and radio etiquette.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trucks and receive materials against invoices; record shortages and damaged goods.
• Store materials in appropriate locations and report receipts.
• Assist with locating materials and responding to internal inquiries.
• Conduct inventory cycle counting and manage stock levels (min/max).
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups with logistics teams; prepare shipping documents.
