Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience in mining or industrial settings.
• Ability to work safely on industrial sites and comply with safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Design piping systems, mechanical equipment, and process components.
• Conduct engineering calculations and review engineering documents.
• Prepare technical specifications and support field activities.

Skills

5+ years of experience as a Mechanical or Piping Engineer in industrial/mining design environments

Licensed P.Eng in British Columbia

Experience designing process piping systems and preparing equipment datasheets and specifications

Knowledge of ASME, API, MSS, ASTM, NFPA, and CSA standards

Experience with pipe stress analysis (e.g., CAESAR II)

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites

Team-oriented mindset

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
