Job summary

Bullitt Staffing Inc. is seeking experienced Dozer Operators for a busy mining operation near Tumbler Ridge, BC. This 7x7 rotation role involves operating D10/D11 dozers on a 12-hour shift schedule, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

The role requires minimum 5 years of heavy equipment experience, knowledge of safe operation, and the ability to work long hours in challenging conditions. Lodging, per diem, and travel considerations apply for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience operating heavy equipment.
• Experience with D10/D11 dozers preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of safe equipment operation.
• Ability to work long hours under pressure and in harsh weather.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Must live within 8 hours’ drive of Tumbler Ridge, BC.
• Valid Class 5 license or equivalent with clean drivers abstract (asset).
• CSTS-09 or other safety training (asset).
• Ground Disturbance Level 2 or related training (asset).
• Heavy Equipment Operators Certificate (asset).

Responsibilities

• Operate D10/D11 dozers on a 12-hour shift schedule.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures during heavy equipment operation.
• Maintain equipment condition and report issues to supervision.
• Support 7 days on / 7 days off rotation.
• Collaborate with mine crew to ensure efficient operations.
