Nutrien is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a department of engineers, technologists, contractors, and consultants at our Saskatchewan site. You will ensure technical support for Operations and Maintenance, oversee safety, design standards, and capital projects execution.

You bring a PE or eligibility in Saskatchewan, 12+ years of industrial engineering leadership, strong communication, and a track record of delivering reliable, cost-effective improvements within potash or similar

Qualifications

Engineering degree from an accredited university.
Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer in Saskatchewan.
12+ years of progressive engineering leadership in industrial settings.
Strong leadership, communication, and safety-focused mindset.
Experience with capital projects and maintenance in heavy industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a department of engineers, technologists, contractors, and consultants for Operations and Maintenance on site.
Oversee productivity, safety compliance, assignments, and performance.
Ensure mechanical, electrical, and structural activities meet standards and codes.
Support site capital portfolio execution and engineering standards.
Promote continuous improvement and manage engineering management systems.
