Job summary

Gray Collection in Montreal is seeking a Mini-Bar & Breakfast Attendant to support guests in rooms and at the breakfast buffet. You will replenish mini-bar items, set up the breakfast area, and deliver warm, efficient service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will ensure cleanliness, manage inventory, and uphold hygiene standards while collaborating with the team. Fluency in French and English is required, with availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year in food service, hospitality or customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and versatile.
• Professional attitude with teamwork and punctuality.
• Bilingual in French and English, speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest room mini-bars daily and replenish items per standards.
• Set up the breakfast buffet with food prep, presentation and cleanliness.
• Welcome and serve guests at breakfast with attentive, prompt service.
• Maintain dining area and buffet cleanliness throughout service.
• Manage inventory for mini-bars and breakfast; place orders and verify deliveries.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests while upholding standards.
