Canadian Natural's Mineral Land Department invites a motivated student to join as a Mineral Land Negotiations Student in Calgary. You will collaborate with a team of negotiators, supporting the management of subsurface assets and related acquisitions, dispositions and lease administration.
During a 4-month term starting May 2027, you will gain exposure to landsale processes, business strategies, and cross-functional work with Exploration and Engineering teams.

The Mineral Land Department at Canadian Natural is responsible for the acquisition, disposition and ongoing maintenance of the Company's subsurface assets (mineral rights). As the Mineral Land Negotiations Student, you will be working alongside our team of negotiators who are the business representatives that manage the subsurface assets for distinct geographic exploration areas at Canadian Natural.
