Job summary

JDS Energy & Mining is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and delivery of mining and infrastructure projects at an active mine site. This is a site-based role that collaborates with Project Managers, Construction Managers, engineers, contractors, operations personnel and stakeholders to ensure coordination, safety, on-schedule progress, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate is a Civil Engineer with experience in mining, heavy civil construction,

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer with mining, heavy civil construction, infrastructure or industrial project experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of site-based construction and infrastructure projects.
• Assist project managers in monitoring scope, schedule, budget, and performance objectives.
• Coordinate daily activities between contractors, consultants, operations personnel and stakeholders.
• Track progress and provide updates on schedule, cost, risks, and milestones.
• Support development and maintenance of schedules, work plans and execution strategies.
