Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a reliable Class 1 Truck Driver / Labourer for Fort McMurray. The role involves driving a bus to transport employees, operating water, rock, and haul trucks as needed, and performing general labour tasks on a 14 days on/7 days off schedule with 12-hour shifts.

Safety and teamwork are essential. Candidates must have a valid Class 1 license with a clean abstract, 2+ years of relevant truck operation experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and pass pre-access drug testing.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 license with a clean driving abstract.
• At least 2 years’ experience operating water trucks, buses, rock trucks or haul trucks.
• Experience in heavy civil, industrial or mining environments preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and flexible for day/night shifts.
• Pre-access drug & alcohol testing completed successfully.
• CSTS09/CSO/OSSA BSO safety orientations completed.

Responsibilities

• Drive bus to transport employees within the mine site.
• Operate water truck.
• Operate rock trucks or haul trucks when required and qualified.
• Perform general labourer duties.
• Work collaboratively with crew members and follow safety policies.
