Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mortgage industry regulations, products, and market trends.
• Experience in mortgage lending and analyzing client finances.
• Familiarity with applications, approvals, and renewals in mortgage servicing.
• Ability to build and manage client pipelines and referral networks.
• Ontario Mortgage Agent licensing or eligibility to obtain it.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex financial concepts.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and CRM proficiency.
• Ability to work on-site with clients; English required; French or other languages are assets.
