Job summary
Prime Management Group Inc. is launching a brand-new, state-of-the-art automotive production facility in Ingersoll, Ontario.
The Licensed Industrial Millwright will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment in a high-volume environment, with a midnight shift and a strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement. The role requires a 433A license, 5+ years in automotive/heavy manufacturing, and solid knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and blueprints.
Qualifications
- Valid Industrial Millwright (433A) license.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive or heavy manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with automotive stamping or blanking equipment is an asset.
- Welding, machining, fabrication, and predictive maintenance experience are considered assets.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

The Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) (Midnight Shft) will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment within a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. This role is critical to maximizing equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting efficient production operations.
- Valid Industrial Millwright (433A) License
- 5+ years of experience in automotive or heavy manufacturing
