Conuma Resources is seeking a Red Seal Millwright to install, repair, and maintain mechanical systems in our water treatment facilities. The role requires 12-hour shifts in a 7x7 rotation and a strong safety mindset.

You will diagnose issues, reference blueprints, and work with maintenance and operations teams to keep plant reliability at peak levels. Candidates should have 4–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, Grade 12, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Proven experience as millwright in mining or heavy industry.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts on a 7x7 rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Install, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical water treatment equipment.
• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Diagnose problems using blueprints and manuals; coordinate with safety and operations teams.
• Maintain detailed logs and update schematics and manuals as needed.
• Support safety initiatives and participate in training.
