Job summary

Magnera's North Bay plant is seeking a Licensed Industrial Mechanic/Millwright or a 2nd year Apprentice to join our Maintenance Team. You will support 12-hour Continental Rotating shifts, improving equipment effectiveness and driving continuous improvement while maintaining safety and attendance standards.

You must hold a valid 433A license or be a 2nd year Apprentice, with basic computer skills and a strong work ethic. Ontario’s 433A license is essential for this permanent full-time role.

Qualifications

• Ontario (433A) Industrial Mechanic/Millwright License or Certificate.
• Inter-Provincial Red Seal endorsement considered an asset.
• OR 2nd year Apprentice in Industrial Mechanic/Millwright.
• Trade experience in manufacturing is an asset.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Positive attitude, reliable, motivated, good organizational skills, strong attendance.

Overview:

• Base Rate: $41.31/hour (Licensed)
• Base Rate: $34.42/hour (2nd year Apprentice)

• additional education, training, dual tickets also considered assets

• must be 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada
