Join us and be a key player in ensuring our high-speed processing and packaging equipment run smoothly, contributing to our mission of delivering quality food products to the market.

Payrate $43.75 / hr +shift premiums

Day Shift : 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30

Afternoon Shift : 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

Hands-On Repair & Maintenance : Oversee the repair and maintenance of a variety of packaging, processing, and material handling equipment. Your expertise will keep our operations running seamlessly.

Preventative Maintenance : Proactively implement Preventative Maintenance programs to minimize downtime and boost productivity.

Facility Upkeep : Perform necessary facility repairs to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with our Process, Production, QA, and R&D teams, and participate in training initiatives to enhance line efficiency.

Compliance & Safety : Ensure all tasks are completed safely and comply with industry standards. Report any food safety or quality issues to the appropriate personnel.

Project Assistance : Support capital and maintenance projects to drive continuous improvement. Who You Are :

Certified Professional : Licensed Millwright (433A) with exceptional mechanical skills.

Detail-Oriented : Razor-sharp attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.

Effective Communicator : Able to take and give clear verbal and written instructions.

Analytical Thinker : Strong analytical and electronic aptitude, with the ability to perform basic calculations.

Physically Capable : Ready to bend frequently and lift heavy equipment as needed.

Team Player : Thrive in a collaborative team environment and can prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
