Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright 433A to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production operations.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) with a valid certificate.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on safety.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to fast-paced work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, align, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient operations and minimize interruptions.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with a competitive wage.
  • Shift work may be required, including evenings and weekends during busy seasons.
  • Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage: $40.00+, depending on experience and ability.
