Job summary

Johnson Electric Group in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a skilled Millwright to maintain, repair, and upgrade production equipment. You will work onsite with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems and controls, contributing to high‑volume manufacturing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain and repair facilities and production equipment.

What We’re Looking For

• A skilled trade certificate and/or relevant industrial experience.
• Hands-on technical skills in Mechanical Assembly, Machine Repair, Electrical Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic systems, PLC and CNC based control and logic systems, welding, and basic manual machining skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of CNC machining and automated assembly applications in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of automotive systems and quality requirements based on QS9000 Operating Systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiating, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
