Johnson Electric in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a skilled Millwright to maintain, refurbish, and repair production equipment and facilities. You will apply expertise in mechanical assembly, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls installation to keep our operations running smoothly.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 CAD per year, overtime where applicable, and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or relevant industrial experience.
• Hands-on skills in mechanical assembly, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC/CNC controls.
• 5+ years maintaining CNC machines and automated assembly.
• Understanding of QS9000 quality requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain and repair facilities and production equipment.

• Work with other team members to implement new or modified production machines.

• Ensure operational quality and efficiency targets are maintained.

• Maintain Quality Operating Systems with respect to equipment maintenance as per ISO/IATF 16949 Standards.

• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• A skilled trade certificate and/or relevant industrial experience.

• Hands‑on technical skills in Mechanical Assembly, Machine Repair, Electrical Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic systems, PLC and CNC based control and logic systems, welding, and basic manual machining skills.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of CNC machining and automated assembly applications in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

• Understanding of automotive systems and quality requirements based on QS9000 Operating Systems.

• Excellent communication, negotiating, conflict management, and problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
