Job summary

Fraser Direct in Guelph, Ontario is seeking a Reach Forklift Operator for a full-time, permanent role on the day shift (Sunday to Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 11:59 p.m.).

Reach Forklift Operator, Full-Time, Permanent, Day Shift Full-Time, Permanent | Sunday to Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. | Guelph, Ontario

In this role, you will keep products moving safely and accurately through our warehouse.

Teamwork & Safe Warehouse Operations

Follow all company health and safety procedures Safely operate a Narrow Aisle Reach Truck throughout your shift Cross-train and support multiple departments as business needs require Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Contribute positively to a team-focused workplace culture Assist with other tasks as needed Order Fulfillment and Inventory Replenishment Pick products from high-level racking to replenish customer orders Move inventory using an RF scanner Verify accuracy through quality checks Complete cycle counts and inventory checks Meet established productivity and accuracy expectations Warehouse Operations Load and unload trailers using Counterbalance or Walkie equipment when required Sort, move, and handle products throughout the warehouse Rebuild skids and prepare products for shipment as required Support other warehouse activities as needed

Essential Qualifications

Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment 1 – 2 years of reach truck forklift experience, Crown or Raymond preferred Prior experience using RF scanners Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
