Job summary

Atlantic Packaging is seeking a Mill Spare for the Scarborough plant. The role involves cleaning inside and outside the mill, assisting operators with production duties, and maintaining a safe, clean working environment.

Shifts start at 6AM, 2:30PM; later rotating 6AM-6PM and 6PM-6AM. Wage is 32.17 per hour. Prior manufacturing experience and the ability to lift heavy objects are required; English reading/writing and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education diploma.
• Common math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing).
• Able to read, write and speak English; effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning inside and outside the mill, Assist operators with production duties and heavy lifting.
• Keeping the Mill to a standard of safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety and housekeeping practices.
• Able to work 8 hr and 12 hr continental shifts.
• Able to work in hot, cold, humid and dusty environment.

The Opportunity

We are looking for Mill Spare for our Scarborough (New Forest) plant. Shift: Start 8 hours five days a week day shift (6AM-2:30PM) moving to 12 hours rotating shift(6AM-6PM, 6PM-6AM) and wage: $32.17

What you'll do
