Job summary

Energy Job Shop is seeking Mill Operators for the McIlvenna Bay site in Hanson Lake, SK. This camp-based, 14/14 rotation role focuses on operating and maintaining grinding equipment in a modern mineral processing facility.

The ideal candidate will have milling experience and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Camp accommodations, travel support for remote work, and a competitive wage are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months milling experience, including at least 6 months as a Grinding Area Operator.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, process parameters and quality specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, teamwork and basic computer skills.
• Must be legally able to work in Canada and able to pass a pre-employment medical.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain grinding equipment in a mineral processing facility.
• Adhere to safety procedures and work as part of a collaborative team.
• Work a 14/14 camp rotation and follow site procedures.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Technical or vocational training in mineral processing
