Job summary

West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd. is seeking a Mill Operator to join their team in a 14:14 rotation working days and nights. The successful candidate will ensure the safe and efficient operation of mill processing circuits, adhere to safety guidelines, and meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety standards and operational excellence.
• 3+ years experience in milling environment.
• Able to perform a 12-hour shift on a 14/14 day and night schedule.
• Able to recognize hazards and perform work without taking risks.
• Willing to complete a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate mill processing circuits according to site safety guidelines.
• Support the mill operations Supervisor in daily operations.
• Record safety, operational, and production data accurately.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the work area.
• Inspect circuits regularly for trouble spots and correct them promptly.
