Job summary

Coeur Mining in Rainy River, Ontario, is seeking a Mill Operator to join our processing team. You will operate and monitor mill circuits, support safe production, and work closely with the Mill Supervisor to meet targets and uphold procedures.

The role requires 5+ years milling experience, familiarity with DeltaV or similar controls, and the ability to work 12-hour day/night shifts on a 7-on/7-off schedule. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in a milling environment.
• Experience operating mill circuits (Grinding, Leaching, Reagents, Tailings, etc.).
• Knowledge of DeltaV or a comparable process control system.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor processing plant circuits as assigned by the Mill Supervisor.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues promptly.
• Support safe and efficient operation of all mill areas and report unsafe conditions.
• Develop knowledge of all mill circuits through training and hands-on experience.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas at all times.
