Job summary

Discovery Kidd Operations in Timmins, Ontario, is hiring a Mill Operator to join our mining team. The role involves crusher operation, de-watering, tailings rounds, and supporting mill processes under supervision.

Candidates should be physically fit, comfortable outdoors in all seasons, and able to work rotating shifts. CAAT/DAT testing completed or passed is preferred; a valid G driver's license is required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a defined contribution pension plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to work rotational shifts as required to meet business needs.
• Be physically fit with potential requirement to complete a Physical Demands Analysis.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and performing physically demanding tasks such as handling heavy material and climbing ladders/stairs.
• Have successfully completed, or recently passed CAAT/DAT testing.
• Possess a valid G driver’s licence or equivalent.
