Richardson Milling, a division of Richardson International, is seeking a Mill Operator for the Portage la Prairie, MB location. This role operates milling equipment across oat-based production, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate milling equipment and systems for oat-based ingredients (grain cleaning, dehulling, kilning, flaking, oat flour).
• Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs on milling equipment.
• Test finished products and work in progress to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain cleaning duties and documentation for processes.
• Follow food safety, safety, and fire prevention regulations.
