Job summary

SSR Mining – Seabee Gold Operation is hiring a Labourer for Mill Operations. You will assist the mill operators, keep the mill area clean, and help with routine maintenance including crusher and screen work to maintain proper mill feed.

The role reports to the Supervisor, Mill Operations and requires Grade 12 or equivalent plus 1–3 years mining experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and safety-focused mindset. PPE and training provided.

Qualifications

• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent.
• 1–3 years mining experience is an asset.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mill area and assist operators with daily tasks.
• Perform minor maintenance and change screens/rollers.
• Operate crushing circuit to support mill feed as required.
• Report maintenance concerns to Mill Lead Hand.
