Your Next Challenge:

You will be reporting to the Mill Maintenance Superintendent and will be part of the Process Plant Maintenance Department. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.

• Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to the first-line Mill Maintenance Supervisors
• Provide the technical knowledge and skills required to assist in maintenance tasks, ensuring alignment with company and department objectives
• Provide support to the department Superintendent to ensure consistency across the department
• Provide support to the first-line Supervisors to assist with troubleshooting, crew advancement, training, coaching, and corrective actions where required
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and timelines for corrective actions
• Ensure crew training requirements are being met, and encourage continuous improvement
• Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

What You Need to Succeed

• Trades Certification in Industrial Mechanic Millwright 433A or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role, with preference to those with senior supervisory experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in Mineral Processing Plants (Crushing/Grinding/Leaching)
• Experience in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), particularly SAP and JDEdwards

Your Work Schedule:

• Schedule: 4 days of work, followed by 3 days off from Tuesday to Friday, at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON.
