Job summary

Kids Cancer Care in Alberta seeks a Mid-Level and Community Fundraising Manager to lead a portfolio of mid-level donors and supervise community fundraising initiatives. You will oversee donor identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship, while driving major gifts and sponsorships in collaboration with the Director of Philanthropy and the Revenue Development team.

• Five+ years of leadership and fundraising experience.
• Experience in donor stewardship and events.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mid-level donor portfolio and donor identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.
• Lead community fundraising events and major donor cultivation.
• Develop budgets, reporting and sponsorship packages.
• Coordinate fundraising activities with Marketing and Development teams.
• Ensure donor data is accurately tracked in fundraising systems.
