Role Overview:

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator plays a critical role in customizing, maintaining, and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to meet the evolving needs of WinMagic Corp. This position requires expertise in system configuration, user management, data management, workflow and automation, reporting and dashboard creation, integration management, security and compliance, user support and training, collaboration with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, performance monitoring and optimization, and license management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for further customizing and optimizing our Dynamics 365 environment to solve business challenges, improve processes, and adapt to the changing needs of the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to ensure optimal performance and usability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Gather and document requirements from different teams within the business.
  • Use Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to build and optimize workflows and automation solutions.
  • Ensure all users have the correct access levels and can efficiently perform their tasks within Dynamics 365.
  • Maintain system integrity by keeping up to date with new features, updates, and releases, while troubleshooting and fixing any issues.
  • Train users on new functionality and features, ensuring adoption and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.
  • Manage data security, data archiving, data profiling, and data cleansing to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Convert high-level business requirements into effective solutions without needing a fully detailed specification.
  • Provide reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and data security best practices.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, managing licenses and user roles efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, or Marketing modules).
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to identify pain points and define solutions.
  • Proficiency in security and role-based access management within Dynamics 365.
  • Experience in troubleshooting system issues, data integrity management, and CRM maintenance.
  • Strong ability to train and support users on new features and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data management, including bulk data imports, data cleansing, and migration.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate, or related certifications.
  • Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications.
  • Experience working with Azure services, Dataverse, and Common Data Service (CDS).
  • Understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., Dynamics 365 Marketing, Marketo, or HubSpot).
  • Prior experience with large datasets and database management.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and CRM enhancements.
