AtkinsRéalis is a key delivery partner for the airports and aviation sector. Due to our success, we are hiring a Capital Projects Energy Support Manager to join our growing team. This role involves leading and overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large infrastructure projects, especially in international airport development or similar complex programs.

This position is based onsite in Toronto, ON.

Your role within the team:

• Provide advice on approaches to achieve the program's clean energy objectives.
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers and Construction Managers to help deliver project objectives.
• Partner with the Program Lead to monitor contractor performance, resolve issues, and escalate decisions as needed.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders for alignment and approvals.
• Work with contractors to secure permits, approvals, and manage site logistics for smooth project execution.
• Oversee work completion according to scope, timelines, costs, quality standards, and risk protocols.
