We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Solution Architectto join our growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) team! In this pivotal role, you’ll lead discovery workshops, analyze business requirements, and design tailored solutions that showcase the power and flexibility of D365 BC. You’ll play a key role in shaping client success by delivering compelling solution demonstrations, crafting accurate project estimates, and contributing to high-impact proposals.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll stay ahead of the curve with the latest Microsoft technologies, licensing updates, and promotional offerings—ensuring our clients receive innovative, future-ready solutions.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Translate complex business processes into clear, actionable requirements
• Lead discovery sessions and document business process insights
• Design and execute compelling solution demonstration plans
• Configure and present tailored D365 BC demos that align with client needs
• Guide clients through phased implementation strategies
• Develop accurate project estimates, proposals, and RFP responses
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless project transitions
• Engage with clients to understand and refine business requirements
• Showcase D365 capabilities through impactful demonstrations
• Conduct business process analysis and produce Assessment Documents and SOWs
• Design solutions that meet business, integration, and performance needs
• Recommend comprehensive solutions using D365 BC, third-party tools, and customizations
• Identify creative, low-code/no-code alternatives to custom development
• Apply proven methodologies to solve both common and complex challenges
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency
• Demonstrated experience in software demonstrations and presales engagements
• Proven success in a Solution Architect role
• Skilled in presenting to and influencing C-level executives
• In-depth understanding of D365 BC’s out-of-the-box capabilities and customization options
• Experience in estimating, scoping, and writing clear, risk-aware SOWs
• Ability to compare architectural approaches and integrate cross-platform solutions
• Comfortable shifting between strategic design and hands-on project execution
