Slalom Build is seeking a Senior Consultant, Change Management + AI Enablement in Toronto. This is a hybrid role with potential for onsite work up to 5 days a week.
You will design enterprise change strategies, deliver AI coaching, and drive stakeholder engagement to achieve measurable outcomes across client programs. Strong communication and leadership are essential, with experience guiding large-scale transformations.
This is not a remote position and we are looking for individuals who are interested in working in a hybrid environment with potential to be onsite up to 5 days a week.

Location/Market:Toronto
Languages: English and French preferred*
Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader or client requires you onsite that you can meet those expectations/requirements. This role can be located in Toronto.
Travel: This role may require travel to client sites and Slalom offices both within Canada and the United States. Candidates should be prepared for potential cross-border travel as project needs dictate.
Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $115,000-$135,000 Canadian dollars. In addition, there is potential for a 10% discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will depend upon individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
