Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales experience in switchgear, controls, or microgrid systems.
• Proven ability to exceed revenue goals and manage complex sales cycles.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Drive new microgrid controls & switchgear sales through outreach and events.
• Turn complex electrical systems into clear customer value.
• Grow relationships with EPCs, end users, and partners.
