MSCP Heat Management Solutions in Sherwood Park, AB, is seeking an experienced MI Cable Fabrication & Splicing Technician to join our manufacturing team. This shop-based role focuses on MI cable fabrication, splicing, quality, and developing others’ capabilities.

Electrician certification is not required. You will fabricate, splice, terminate, and assemble MI heating cable products, read drawings, perform testing, mentor staff, and help develop processes to improve quality and throughput while

Qualifications

• MI cable fabrication and splicing experience required.
• Brazing and precise fabrication skills essential.
• Ability to read drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Commitment to quality and hands-on workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, splice, terminate, and assemble MI heating cable products.
• Prepare MI cable, conductors, cold leads, joints, terminations, and components.
• Perform brazing, welding, crimping, sealing, and other fabrication processes.
• Train and mentor employees in MI cable fabrication and splicing.
• Demonstrate proper fabrication techniques and coach teammates.
