Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing or production engineering.
• Hands-on experience with sheet-metal fabrication and equipment.
• Experience with SolidWorks for sheet-metal parts and tooling.
• Ability to develop work instructions and layouts.
• Root-cause analysis and corrective-action skills.
• Experience designing jigs/fixtures and shop trials.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and weld symbols.

Responsibilities

• Own process improvements from assessment through trials and verification.
• Develop routings, setup requirements and standard work.
• Lead manufacturing-readiness reviews with design, production and quality teams.
• Improve manufacturability and standardize parts across cabinet sizes.
• Design jigs/fixtures in SolidWorks; validate tooling through shop trials.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for sheet-metal equipment and processes.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate production-release drawings and engineering changes.
• Support first article builds, production launches and equipment selection.
• Collaborate with operators and supervisors to sustain improvements.
• Ensure safety compliance in active fabrication environments.
