Do you have exceptional skills in Excel and data analysis with the ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders? The Ministry of Public Safety and Emergency Services is seeking a Manager, Divisional Planning and Reporting to support the Innovation and Program Development Branch within the Public Security Division. Reporting to the Director, Guns and Gangs, you will lead the Division’s planning, reporting, and performance measurement functions while providing financial oversight and business analysis to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
This role requires a high degree of analytical, evaluative, and creative thinking skills to identify issues, recommend solutions, and ensure alignment with divisional and ministry priorities. As an internal consultant, you will provide expert advice, facilitate coordinated planning processes, and ensure that divisional initiatives and priorities are consistent with government goals and strategies.
