Job summary

SOGECLAIR is seeking a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to optimize aircraft component assembly in Montréal. You will coordinate across engineering, logistics, quality and production to implement changes and drive efficiency.

You hold a college diploma in engineering with at least two years in manufacturing and strong SAP/MS Office skills; Catia V5 is a plus. You adapt easily to a dynamic environment and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

  • Hold a college diploma in engineering or equivalent.
  • Have at least two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Have experience in the aeronautics field.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be very familiar with SAP and MS Office software, including MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Be a good team player with strong communication skills and strong leadership in a dynamic environment.

  • Identify opportunities to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies and participate in research and development projects.
  • Optimize the processes of writing work instructions and first production control.
