Why is this role important?

Reporting to a Store Setup Manager, you will be part of a team traveling across the province to merchandise and assist teams during renovations and new store openings.

What You'll Do:

• Travel to assigned retail store locations within Ontario weekly to work alongside construction teams on store remodels, with occasional out-of-province travel.
• Eliminate out-of-stock and out-of-date products, clean and adjust shelves, and restock as needed.
• Assemble, set up, and maintain store fixtures, displays, and shelves following Plan-O-Grams.
• Receive and unload incoming materials, verifying shipment accuracy.
• Ensure merchandise is presentable and aisles are accessible at all times.
• Assist with manual labor, cleaning, maintenance, and stockroom or sales floor tasks as needed.

What You'll Need:

• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle for store travel.
• Flexibility for overnight shifts and willingness to work overtime.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel extensively with competitive compensation.
• Retail experience and understanding of store operations are assets.
• Previous Merchandiser/Stocker experience is an asset.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with computers and software.
